That explains a few things! :-)

The first time we went through NM was several years back with a van full of people in the middle of the night, in a desert rain, and we tuned in to Coast to Coast, a conspiracy radio talk show where people call in and talk about UFOs, aliens, the moon blowing up, whatnot. First the driver was listening to it to stay awake, but one by one the bed-heads popped up, going, "Hey! Turn that up!" Soon we were all wide awake, laughing uproariously, and freaking out every time a light would reflect on all the raindrops on the van windows. Good times.

We just came through the northern end on our way out to California a month ago, during the day this time, so we got to see how pretty NM really is! Didn't get to do too much exploring up there but had some fabulous Mexican food in Albuquerque.

Thanks for the tip...we are still hoping to visit the northwestern states/Colorado area (future idea on the back burner for now), so we might be able to work it in...Ben and Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07855032500069104507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5177140429753654808.post-42618528389929742012008-11-28T10:55:00.000-08:002008-11-28T10:55:00.000-08:00My dad's family lives in Roswell. If you're still in NM, check out the northern end (Albuequerque north to Taos). It's gorgeous! Glad to see you guys are having fun!
-Hannah (Paul H's daughter from BCOM)Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13548484090442435000noreply@blogger.com
